LamsaQR launches in Qatar: one page and one code for every business

LamsaQR · · 3 min read

Why we started

Every restaurant in Doha lives the same scene: a printed menu that needs a change, a print shop that needs a week, and guests asking "do you have a menu in English?". We built LamsaQR to end that scene: one page, two languages, updated from a phone, reached by a guest with one touch on a QR code. The name comes from "lamsa", Arabic for a touch, because that is all a guest should need.

What we offer from day one

  • A bilingual business page for any trade: restaurant, café, salon, spa, clinic, pharmacy, laundry, florist, gift shop, institute.
  • A digital menu with sizes, add-ons, allergens and photos.
  • 27 templates from classic menus to fine-dining noir, adjusted with your colours and fonts.
  • Branded QR codes per branch and table, with stickers and stands from the shop.
  • Offers on your page and in our public directory.
  • Simple analytics: scans, views, WhatsApp taps.
  • Professional photography of dishes and products uploaded straight to your menu.

No commission

We take no cut of your orders. Guests order the way they already do: WhatsApp, a call, or the delivery apps. We sell a tool, not a middleman.

Eco-friendly, our way

Every restaurant that goes digital stops hundreds of laminated menus a year. We will measure that and publish it on the about page as the platform grows.

What comes next

Qatar first, then the Gulf; the platform was built from the start for several countries, currencies and languages. Start a 14-day free trial from pricing, or open the live example.
