Refund and return policy

Full refund on LamsaQR subscriptions within 14 days of payment, return terms for stands, photoshoots and offer listings, and how to request a refund.

1. Subscriptions: full refund within 14 days

  • If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of any subscription payment within 14 days of the payment date. This applies to new subscriptions and renewals, monthly and yearly.
  • After a refund the subscription ends and your page shows a placeholder again. Your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off when you subscribe again.
  • When you upgrade to a higher plan, the price difference you pay follows the same rule: refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of paying it.
  • More than 14 days after payment, amounts paid for the current period are not refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and your page stays live until the end of the paid period.

2. Free trial

The 14-day free trial needs no card and nothing is charged during it, so there is nothing to refund.

3. Add-on products and services

  • QR stands and stickers are made to order with your design, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. We replace them or refund them in full for a manufacturing defect or damage in delivery, reported within seven days of delivery with a photo of the problem.
  • Photoshoots: full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before the appointment, or reschedule for free. Cancelling less than 24 hours before, or not showing up, may be charged. Completed sessions are not refundable.
  • Offer listings in the public directory: refunded in full if the offer is rejected in review or cancelled before it is published. Not refundable once published.

4. How to request a refund

Write to support@lamsaqr.qa or message us on WhatsApp from the contact page with your account email and the invoice number. We reply within two business days.

5. How the refund is paid

  • The full amount is returned in the currency you paid, to the original payment method through the payment gateway, within seven business days of approval. Your card issuer may take another 5 to 14 days to show it.
  • Bank transfer payments are refunded by transfer to the account they came from.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Qatar's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008).
