QR codes for salons and clinics: price list and booking on one page

LamsaQR · · 4 min read

Same idea, different vocabulary

A beauty salon does not sell "dishes"; it sells services with a duration, a starting price and sometimes a specialist's name. A clinic shows tests and packages. LamsaQR changes the fields by business type: duration in minutes, "price from", ladies or gents, home service.

What a salon puts on its page

  • A service menu in sections: hair, nails, skin, bridal.
  • The duration beside each service, so the client knows how long to book.
  • A WhatsApp booking button with a prefilled message: "I'd like to book an appointment for...".
  • The specialist on request; many clients book by the name they trust.
  • Packages such as a bridal package at one price.

What a clinic puts on its page

  • Tests and services with published prices (a big trust signal).
  • Opening hours per branch and the map location.
  • Call and booking buttons, and insurance links if any.
  • A "Rate us" page to collect Google reviews easily.

Where the code goes

On the reception counter in an acrylic stand, on the entrance door as a sticker, and on a small card handed over with the invoice so the client books next time from home. One code is usually enough; multiple branches get one each.

Templates that fit the trade

"Salon Elegant" with a serif face and calm colours, "Serene Spa" with a soft green background, "Clinic Trust" in a clear blue. All list services as rows rather than photo cards, because here the photo matters less than the price and duration. See the templates on a live salon example.

One last tip

Update prices before holidays and seasons from your phone. A salon that publishes its prices clearly loses "how much?" calls and gains bookings.
