From a QR scan to a Google review and an Instagram follower

The right moment
A guest who has just finished a good meal is ready to say so, but usually does not know where. There is a QR code in front of them on the table, so why not let it lead to a review and a follow as well? Every LamsaQR page has two ready tabs: Follow with Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat in their real brand colours, and Rate with Google, Tripadvisor and delivery-app links.
Where to ask for the review
- At the table after the meal, through the same code.
- On the receipt card: "Enjoyed it? Rate us here" with the code.
- In a WhatsApp message after pickup, linking straight to the Rate tab.
Wording that works
Do not ask for "five stars". Ask for an opinion: "Tell us how it was". Happy guests give the stars on their own, and unhappy ones prefer a message over a public review, which is better for you.
Followers matter more than likes
An active Instagram account is your second menu. The Follow tab shows the icons in the platforms' real colours and counts taps, so you learn which platform actually brings followers.
Measure it
Page analytics show Rate and Follow taps like any other button. A restaurant with a hundred scans a day and a 3% tap rate on Rate collects around ninety reviews a month, a number that moves your position on Google Maps.
Start
Enable both tabs from the dashboard, add your links, and ask staff to mention them once when bringing the bill. The live example is here.
